At The Station And They Score 2!
Luckily i missed the goals :icon_lol::icon_lol:
Real test of Pearson now, he needs to arrest the slide quickly, 4 games without a victory is a worry but we were always going to have a blip at some point in the season, what concerns me is that we through away a 2 goal lead and conceded 2 in the last 6 minutes. Also our defensive stability seems to have disappeared as well 5 goals conceded in the last 3 games.
IMO we desperately need a central midfielder who is going to become a leader and provide the team with some backbone, similar to the job Billy McKinlay did in the promotion season under Adams.
We also need a striker, somebody who can offer an alternative to Howard and Fryatt, we still seem to lack a pacy powerful option, a player who can act as a battering ram and an outlet to hit teams on the break tin hat time but Akinbiyi is available at Burnley and IMO at this level would be outstanding.
Will Clemence be back anytime soon, no-one has mentioned him.
Fecking awful - didn't go but not closing out a game with a two goal lead is criminal regardless of division.
A reminder of times gone by init?
IMO the current run of form coincides with Morrison being dropped, as a few have mentioned he is a good solid defender and I think needs to be brought back in. I would have played him above Kisnorbo aswell.

It's a sucker punch to lose 3-2 after being 2-0 up.
I feel that I jinxed it by watching sky sports news when we were two nil up.
I should have left well alone. I stopped watching when it was 2-1 and waited for the league table this morning. When it came up I couldn't understand quite what had happened so checked out the score on text and it said we had lost. I ruined my shower.
I think Saturday's came is the most crucial game this season now because it is IMO almost a must-win. 3 points from 12 is terrible whereas 3 from 15 is utterly hopeless.
One plus point is that we didn't lose too much ground on the other clubs up there.
