Burley denies Saints exit rumours

Burley has denied reports he is about to leave
Southampton manager George Burley has denied newspaper reports claiming he is about to quit the Championship club.
Reports suggested Burley had cleared his desk at St Mary's Stadium in readiness to leave, following his unhappiness with internal politics.

Burley told Saints' website: "The story is complete nonsense, I am very happy at the club.

"I am very surprised and upset by the article because my family and I are very settled at Southampton."

I'd be interested to know your answer to this too. Having lived in Cambridge for three years, I would say it's a toss up between Ipswich, Colchester, Charlton / West Ham and Luton.

Without checking who's in our league, I'd say Ipswich

I'd be interested to know your answer to this too. Having lived in Cambridge for three years, I would say it's a toss up between Ipswich, Colchester, Charlton / West Ham and Luton.

I'd say Colchester might be closer as the crow flys, but that most direct route would be through Haverhill and Halstead.

I'd say the A14 to Ipswich is quicker.

It's a bit of a toss-up between Colchester and Ipswich but it's really not that far to get back to Leicester. Haven't managed it this season yet though.
