Should have had a few quid on 1-0 to Burnley. How many times in recent seasons has that been the score??

well twice this season for a start

bloody hell, this is atrocious. we haven't got the faintest idea up front, and we're sliding down the league again.

We have to start with MDV and Hume upfront until we can get someone else in,it's not Rocket Science.Having Kisnorbo and Gudjonnsson in the middle just does not work they are far too similar.CL's team selection mystifies me somedays. We should play the same 11 regardless of who we are playing and not change our team to counter the opposition and finally we need to play with a much quicker tempo from the first minute.

Failing that we could always cheat....

Whereas I loved it :icon_bigg

The guy was spot on though IMO
Not sure this is Barber though, both the Gimps sound the same to me:icon_conf

I think it was Sinclair as Barber was off interviewing Levein. They both love Dublin though.

Foxestalk already have the obligatory 'Levein Out Poll' up and running as per every defeat.

Ahahahahahaha... 'how can anyone criticise Dublin after he played for Man Utd' says one texter.

This is not a poor result reaction by me. Stating the obvious we can't score. The league is now split into 2 and theres a fair gap opening up even to be in contention for the play-offs. I think its getting to the point where the hope for a top 6 or 8 finish is starting to disappear. We would probaly need to win something like4 out of the next 5 to be in with a chance, and thats not likely to happen seeing that we can't win two on the trot:) .

Levein basically says he'll be bringing in a striker in January... he knows we have a problem now but he doesn't want to panic, and the strikers they've been following would move in January rather than now.

He also says we are nearly there, and that he thought we played well today!!!!!! Would be interested to hear the opinions from those that went.

Well you can have mine Brauny, just got back, it was feckin awful, we look one dimensional, lacked no attacking threat and we looked pedestrian.

Sylla IMO should never ever be allowed to wear a Leicester City shirt ever again he was a disgrace, he spent most of the game avoiding going into challenges and looked half hearted.

As for the team selection, De Vries and Dublin together were a shambles, no pace, no real threat in the box and didnt even give the Burnley defence a roughing up. We looked a side devoid of ideas and any creative edge, and we seemed to spend the whole game avoiding commiting players into the box.

If this is the outcome of two weeks hard graft on the training ground then I suggest that the squad and coaching staff are given a month off, because that was as toothless a display as I have witnessed for a long long time. Very little to get excited about. Although I am going to resist the temptation to join in the sack the manager brigade, I think the next 2 games are critical to our season. We need to show a massive improvement.

To only slightly misquote Mike Bassett " I can assure you that Leicester City are going nowhere!"

The likelihood of us picking up some points in those next two games is pretty high; the chance of a "massive improvement" is remote.

As far as I am concerned CL has sorted out the defence but shows no sign of being a manager who is going to achieve a great deal with Leicester City. I always expected and predicted a miserable season particularly when we lost our only striker and I also predicted that gloom would set in by the time the leaves had fallen from the trees.

Of course, we could wait a couple of years and see if the tide turns...but I guess that most people won't have the stomach for that sort of extended period of 'under-achievement.' I can't see how the club will sell its necessary quota of season tickets for next season unless there is a big upturn in fortunes.

I am against a change of manager at this point in the season because I suspect that a mid-stream change could lead to even worse results but I hope this anonymous board is giving a bit of thought to finding someone who can create a bit of excitement and whose team selections inspire a bit more confidence.

It worries me that Norwich that have had a "bad" start to the season in many peoples eyes are now above us. We need a striker or we need to get Hume scoring soon whcih i still believe he can start to do.

League Season is over for us if you ask me.We won't go down and we are not good enough to get into the Play Offs,we'll just continue to move between 10th to 17th place for the rest of the season.Only excitement might be the Cups.We are getting better very very slowly and weeks back I did say there would be more poor performances to endure but nobody ever said it was going to be easy,it's a total rebuild from the foundations not just a quick paint job.
New Striker in January according to Levein on the Radio tonight, must have someone in mind.

has said the same about a striker on the os. Begining to agree with you Highland. this is the start of the long rebuilding, hopefully.

I just feel a bit sorry for the lads and lasses that go to watch us Home and even more so Away.It sounds so boring /drab/dull just listening to it so it must be awful having to watch it.I used to sit here on a Saturday afternoon looking forward to listening in wouldn't miss a minute, now its background and I'd rather watch/listen to Soccer Special on Sky Sports on a Saturday Afternoon.Doesn't help that The RL commentary is nothing short of atrocious.
