Does anyone know when the actual dates will be announced? (whether it's Saturday or Sunday).

nope i think it should be soon!

i think people are forgetting we might just have to play burnley yet? and the game will be at the same ground we have to play them at 4 days before, so 2 games at burnleys ground in a row possibly? i think the date is either 12th or 13th of march? not been officially announced.

Leicester City have released preliminary ticket selling details for the upcoming FA Cup quarter final clash against either Burnley or Blackburn.

City are doing everything possible to seek an early date and kick-off time from the Football Association and have apologised to their fans for the delay, but today (Thursday) initial plans have been agreed.

Should Burnley be City's opponents, an allocation of approximately 3,600 tickets will be available, 15% of the Turf Moor capacity. Prices will be £18 for Adults, £11.50 for Seniors and £9 for the Under 16's.

In the event that Blackburn Rovers are successful, City have negotiated an allocation of 7,000 tickets. Prices £24 for Adults, £10 Seniors and £5 for Juveniles.

Regardless of the opposition, City have announced the following selling arrangements:-

Tickets will go on sale at 12.00 midday until 8.00pm on Thursday March 3rd to Priority 1 and Priority 2 Season Ticket Holders. Please note the ticket office will be closed between 9.00am and midday to allow tickets to be prepared ready for sale.

Friday March 4th - Tickets go on sale to Priority 3 Season Ticket Holders. The Ticket Office will extend opening hours from 9.00am until 7.00pm.

Saturday March 5th (vs Nottingham Forest) - >From 9.00am until kick off, tickets remain on sale to Season Ticket Holders, but also to any supporter who brings with them, proof of purchase for attending any of City's away FA Cup ties so far this season (this must be either a ticket stub or official receipt). After the Final Whistle, tickets will go on sale to Members.

Sunday March 6th - CLOSED

Monday March 7th - Tickets go on general sale.

Tickets are restricted to one per Season Ticket Holder / Member and are strictly subject to availability.

Notification is given to all supporters that telephone lines are expected to be very busy and whilst additional operators will be employed, no guarantees can be given on the speed of response due to the sheer volume of calls. Supporters are therefore advised to either e-mail the Ticket Office at [email protected], fax on 0116 229 4404 or post your applications to the Ticket Office, Walkers Stadium, Filbert Way, Leicester, LE2 7FL, quoting their Season Ticket Client Reference or Membership number and full contact details.

Great that we have an away draw, and IMO Blackburn would be the better team for us to face as we seem to lift our game against the bigger clubs. Think we have a good chance to make the semi's but we need to be focused and not get too carried away. Either tie will be extremely difficult.

good draw

does'nt anyone think that burnley can do the business i would prefer blacburn we seem to raise our game against premiership outfits, worried about our central defence just hope levin can get get decent youth in.
