I started the last 2 Pre Match thread's so I'm starting this one too, 3-1 win for the foxes

It's been you and me against the world of misery, Jas

The good old predictor said draw, but we might just be unstoppable right now

Same team that started the Swansea match, even if Nugent is fit.

Need a draw here minimum, but I think we can win this one 1-0. Burnley have scored just once in the last 7 games so there for the taking.

Today's result changes next weeks game from a must win to a must not lose.
A win will put us 5 , yes 5, points above them,

Lets go for the win ;)

Predicted a draw for this with us staying up, so I'll take that. We're two points ahead of my predictions too, Burnley are beginning to look like it's all caught up with them though, while we're looking better than at any point all season. Three points here.

We're already ahead of where I thought we'd be as I had today down as a defeat. I have next week as a draw but there really is no reason we can't win if we replicate today's performance. If we do win next week and other results go our way I think we might even be safe before the QPR game.

I think 2 wins against Newcastle, and QPR at home could be enough giving us 34 points, if we can win this one too, and there is no reason we cant, we will have 37 points, that will almost certainly be enough, even a draw would put us on 35 and i think that will be enough too. Then anything else in a bonus. 34 points could be safe, 35 should be safe, 36 confident, 37 definitely IMO

Burnley away, win
chelsea home, defeat
newcastle home, win
soton home, draw
sunderland away, defeat (worse case scenario, could get a win or draw)
qpr home, win
10 ponints, taking us to 38, we will survive

It's looking good, a win here to make it 4 on the bounce :)

How nice would it be being at least 3 in front of Burnley, QPR, Hull and Sunderland come the final game, with a better goal difference too, very possible now

Pos Team Pld GD Pts
1 Chelsea 34 40 80
2 Man City 34 33 67
3 Arsenal 33 31 67
4 Man Utd 34 28 66

6 Soton 34 21 57
7 Tottenham 34 4 56
8 Stoke 34 -2 49
9 Swansea 34 -4 48
10 C Palace 34 -2 45
11 West Ham 34 0 43
12 Everton 34 -2 42

17 QPR 34 -20 29
18 Sunderland 33 -24 29
19 Hull 34 -18 28
20 Burnley 34 -26 26

Saturday May 2nd, 14.45pm, if we beat Burnley, lose to Chelsea (hope not) and beat Newcastle in the early kick off, and stoke beat Sunderland, Palace beat Hull, i even gave QPR a win at home to West Ham, that would be nice, maybe adding a point or 3 onto it pending on the Chelsea game, maybe being generous for Newcastle by giving them 2 draw's against Spurs and Swansea at home

I'm going to put this out there: we will finish above Newcastle this season.

I am going to put this one out there... there is still a lot of hard work to do to have a chance of staying up. There will be some real shock results this season. Remember Sunderland's run of incredible results last season.

We can win this away to Burnley. But envisage a tough bruising encounter.
Newcastle the following Saturday being another winnable game. So, do we play the development squad against Chelsea to ensure we don't have tired legs?

We have scored 10 goals in the last 4 games, Burnley have not scored in their last 4 games, we have conceded 7, Burnley have conceded 4, we have got 9 points, they have got 1, they will be fearing us
