he was effective when he came on at hull

I am sorry but a few minutes of difference makes no difference to my view of him. He needs to up his game to a much higher level and stay there.....

I was right about that lump O'Gravy who has now melted into oblivion

I still think we need some sort of reserve team... for players like O'Grady, Fryatt, Kenton etc..

He's strarted to, maybe cadamateri will be employed as a right winger?

Played there for Sheff Utd and Bradford.

I have to say we need a big player upfront but we need a right winger, (and a centre midfielder). If anyone thinks we can afford in this division to have a wee front line and that Williams can all game swan balls round is deluded, not watched many games in this division and suffers from great knowledge of the game.

We havent got the players (Williams apart who will do it on average for 20 minutes) who can knock balls about here and there and everywhere. If often results in a long ball outlet who will win headers. We need a player capable of this and holding up the ball with the hack defensive lines of this division.

i don't expect anything of Cadamateri, so i can't be disapointed.

i hope he does well though

I'll make my mind up ehwn I see him. However I'm always cynical of new signings, and he'll have to earn my respect rather than loose it

Other way round for me. Any feelings of dislike or hatred I have for any other player disappear as soon as that player signs on our dotted line. Until proven otherwise I will always believe they have the best interest of Leicester city at heart and will always want to do well for the club, themselves and the fans.

For me DC is a City player, and has yet not done anything wrong, for that, he deserves our support. I hope it stays that way

:038: :038: Well put Melts I agree that he deserves support and hopefully will surprise us all when he puts on his City shirt.

Spoke to a dirty Leeds fan today about him and he said he gave him support whilst playing for them but soon turned against him for being lazy and a hot head.

May I be allowed to suggest that this Leeds fan was talking out of his arse. Danny Cadermarteri played a grand total of 20 minutes for them, coming on as a substitute for own dear Jooolian in a League Cup tie against Swindon. I wonder how much support the fan gave him during those 20 minutes, if indeed he was even there. Hardly enough time to make up one's mind that he was either lazy or a hot-head, I would have thought. Plastic fans? Don't you just love 'em?

I wish I had your knowledge of this boc when I spoke about him today then I could have given him some stick as he been visiting Elland Road regularly this season.

Presumably you will find time to speak to him again in the near future.

I'm on the fence as well. I really hope he does well: he's in our price range :icon_roll (RK is in an impossible position in this regard so should be backed when he gets anyone in really), he could well have the hunger for it and he might have matured as a person (as RK has implied).

On the other hand, as Ox has said he's the sort of player - a bit quick, a bit tricky, but also a bit small and not exactly prolific - that we already have several of. We are crying out for something different - some creativity, some presence, height, power...

Plus, last season for Bradford in League 1 he managed a staggering 2 goals in 39 league appearances (25 starts and 14 as sub). I think he might have played on the wing at times, and we do need wingers big time, but it's still a pretty crap return at that level for someone with his experience.

And he was sub a lot in League 1 which doesn't bode too well - I think he's had various niggling injuries (sigh - another one) which might have accounted for that but either way it's not very inspiring.

But you never know, he might be da man.... we should all give him a decent chance I reckon.

Incidentally, what do we think about the six-month drugs ban he's just finished? :033:
