Errr, hang on a minute...

So far he's signed a player who has played five of the last six seasons in the Premier League (with promotion last season from this league), he's signed a player who has never played out of the top two divisions, he's signed a 17 year old from our current league and a goalkeeper from overseas.

I might be wrong but there's not a single League 1 or 2 appearance between them, is there?

I think a few people are believing a few too many rumours...

I'm keeping an open mind with regards to MA,not inspired by his signings thus far but I will form an opinion on him after we have played a few matches and not because of his cheeky chaapy banter on the OS or his mundane signings

I have no issues with that statement either. We can speculate all we like, and we will of course, but it is down to matters on the pitch.

Very easy to be on the 'he will fail' side of the fence though Homer as it is bound to happen at some point and then you can say 'I told you so' :icon_roll
I do not think I have seen a single post on here seriously suggesting that we will now walk the league or at least finish in the top six.
Appointing this guy did not make me jump up and down with glee and neither have any of his signings so far, but we are at the begining of a big change at the club and his attitude is a breath of fresh air after the fecking wet lettuce's we have put up with for a few years.
Yes he might fall flat on his arse, but FFS he has only been in the job just over a week, you blame people for having blue tinted specs on, try taking your black ones off every now and again.

I am puzzled as you why you think anyone would gain satisfaction in saying 'I told you so'. What a bizarre thing to say :102:

Fact is I was disappointed in Allen's appointment, and extremely disappointed by his (or perhaps Mandaric's) signings so far - and I'm just expressing my opinion on the subject

But to express any such an opinion is clearly heresy, so I'll just be positive from now on and hide my true feelings :icon_roll

I'd agree with the transfers thus far but Little signed some shite and managed to make a team out of them so I'll wait and see.I can't comment on MA,I'm not interested what he did at Brentford or MK Dons its what he does here that matters,he is still learning as a Manager IMo and hopefully he will reach his potential with us...if he has any

I have no doubt that he'll achieve his true potential with us
 
I dont think anyone is calling for MA's head or anyhting like that. We are merely commenting on events so far and I have to say I am not impressed.

But how do you know what it is ? you can only speculate:102: I would have preferred Coleman but its MA so we may as well get behind him until he give us reason not to.
