Each of the bookings was for 'unsporting behaviour'. The nature of the unsporting behaviour in each of the cases was a foul. The fact that all fouls do not result in a booking clearly suggests that not every foul is not regarded as unsporting behaviour in this context. There are other 'classifications' of unsporting behaviour which may result in a player receiving a yellow card.

The SkySports website suggests that it was for Unsporting Behaviour after the final whistle (even though he had been substituted earlier in the game. The BBC says it happened between Zak giving away the penalty and Kasper saving it - but no reason why. Could it be that it was De Laet that gave away the penalty or was he guilty of dissent or something?
