Anybody know what the cards at Burnley were actually for? They've both been recorded as 'unsporting behaviour' but I can't find any more particular details of the offences anywhere. Neither seems to have had anything to do with the passage of play that had gone on immediately previously.

The risk of Nugent (or anybody else) being suspended for five cautions passes with the old year. Richie De Laet (and everybody else) just have to avoid reaching the 10-booking limit that would earn them a 2-match suspension.

Both were for off the ball incidents. Dyer had a scuffle on the touch line and Drinkwater was the victim of a kick to the ankle as he ran past the defender who was about to take a throw-in, I assume his was for saying something to the defender as he didn't really seem to reacte aggressively.
