No he doesn't. After Decmeber 31st It's 10 yellows for a suspension.

I inferred this when I brought the list up to date after the game at Millwall in December. The player at greatest risk of a 'totting-up' suspension is Ritchie De Laet who must avoid picking up three more cautions before the second Sunday in April.

We're going to have to watch out at Peterborough with card-happy Graham Scott of Oxfordshire in the middle with the whistle; he's averaging almost 3 cards a game. The last time he was in charge at London Road, two of the travelling side got an early bath and four other players were shown yellow cards. Our last experience of his style of refereeing was in our home game against Brighton last season and it was again a busy day for him with 9 cards sprayed about - four for us and five for them, one of which was a second yellow and immediately followed by a red.

I also believe the last time he was in charge at London Road the home team scored SEVEN goals against one of its closer rivals :icon_sad:

Vrey ture.

Ritchie De Laet getting near the two-game ban mark. Second Sunday in April is the next cut-off date and he has to avoid being shown another two yellow cards before then. I reckon he will be lucky to make it.

Is that confirmed as what the booking was for?

It is what was on the live updates but I will check later.

From various reports it seems likely that the booking was for the manner of his complaining to the ref that he had been fouled by two different opponents within a couple of minutes. It's also suggested that his losing his cool on this account led to our conceding the goal.

It's also said that the Knockaert booking was for kicking the ball away after a free-kick had been awarded - so it may have been for 'delaying the restart' rather than the 'dissent' reported earlier.

I only heard from the commentary, but it seems that Chopra kicked Wes and then A.N Other elbowed him and neither offence was punished.

And then Wes got booked for talking to them.

I think maybe he got booked for headbutting the Ipswich player's elbow.

Wes is the new Neil Lennon. A dirty piece of work who goes around attacking the opposition with his head.
