how much?? blimey!

can't they do 'kids for a £1'??

With only 500 tickets and a new ground, I wouldn't think so. These tickets could all go to Priority ONE ST holders.

I wish it was an FA Cup tie. It would mean a dayout in Manchester.

Is there a Football League regulation that says you can't have a day out just because it's a League Cup tie?

Yes but its a Wednesday or Tuesday night.

The 6th round of the FA Cup is on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or thursday night this season. Does this mean that we won't be able to have a day out if we reach it? :017:

Well the FA Cup Quarters are normally at the weekend.

Bury would be a great experience but a Wednesday night makes it more difficult to get to than it being a Saturday.

I think we will have more tickets than 500. I cant see the town of Bury being in frenzied atmosphere for Leicester City.

The missus was born and bred in Bury and as a consequence , has her supporting allegiances are with the gigg lane team . Ive been waiting for 20 years for us to play Bury, and its one game i WILL NOT BE MISSING.

The problem is though. if city win , will my bury supporting other half hold a grudge and never again cook or clean up after me, or will bury win and ill have to spend the rest of my life being reminded of it.

just to clear a few things up though... Gigg lane is a rebuilt stadium with a capacity of 12,000.
the away end is the largest stand in the ground with good facilities, a full roof (although there are 2 suppoting pillars which may obstruct a bit of the view). the away end holds 2,500.
with bury rarely getting crouds of over 4,000 tickets elsewhere should be available on the night

heres for a draw

A draw - and extra time - and penalties!?!

Bloody hell!! We'll never get home!!

What time's the last tram?

Can't you just tell her that both sides went through, because they were so good and everyone was really nice

She'll never know, bless her

If that fails just show her a picture of some kittens, she'll quickly forget about the result of the game and hurry back to the kitchen, cooing softly....

this aint gonna be that easy.
the wife, bless her, wont be fobbed off that easily.
shes hardcore bury, knows the offside rule, hates bolton, and she was the one that whispered the words in my ear all them years ago-'' bury beat the sheep 6-0 in the 1903 cup final''

i think the only the only way im gonna get off the hook, is to say
that i hate bolton more than i hate f****t.
and just take citys result on the chin . win or lose.

by the way, the meat pies at gigg lane are brill and the black pudding & chips
in town are excelent
