So will we get more TV games next season? The Big 6 averaged 24 games each for approx £20million, against our 15 games for approx £12million.
More TV money means more dicking around of fans for moved fixtures. We've had enough of that thanks.

That could mean an additional £10million in TV money.
The question then is how do the owners use it?
travel refunds on last minute changed matches?
Better players for the enjoyment of all who watch on TV or at the ground?
Better ground infrastructure for the 40,000 who can physically go to games?
Expanded ground so more can go?
Ticket price freeze?
More free T-shirts and scarfs for away supporters?
Are you going tonight then? Will be a tough game but no worries, Barry Hayles with the winner late on is my prediction. On the one hand a month on it's starting to sink in, on the other I'm still expecting to wake up any moment and find it's a cold wet Tuesday in November and we've got a game at Rotherham this evening.
Not to mention winning League One.Just imagine going back to those days and saying we'd win the Premier League in a decade.
And that was far from the worst side we put out.Ten years ago, our final league game of the season line up was:
Henderson
Maybury Stearman McCarthy Johansson
Welsh Hughes Williams Tiatto
Hume Fryatt

Dark days indeed.I had a season ticket then, went to every game & I have to say I don't even remember Johansson & Welsh.
Wish I could forget most of the others.
I can understand forgetting Andy Welsh...but how can you forget Nils-Eric? He was one of our best players that season!
Can't believe Fryatt is still only 30. It feels like a generation ago he was our 'Vardy'.
Went to see him in Allsvenskan for AIK a couple of weeks ago. Playing centre-back now.Scored the goal that kept us hanging on in the Championship for one more season.

He's been crocked for most of the last four years but has still managed to find clubs willing to pay him. He's now entering the final year of his contract at Florist so expect his usual lazarus style recovery and goal scoring run to secure his next payday.
