I always thought Lampard might do well and turn out to be a good tactician, he’s got half a brain compared to the others and worked under quite a few successful managers. Just not the personality to manage a squad especially when things get tough.

I actually thought Rooney did a pretty good job at Derby considering the situation he was in.
