i dunno all the Cov fans i know hate Leicester most, but they all live in Leicestershire or Warwickshire so they probably have to put up with a more City fans than Villa fans.

Either way, i think its pretty much split equally between Leicester and Villa.

Leicester vs Cov makes the most sense as the main rivals though, like you say Forest and Derby care about each other most, and Villa care far more about Brum, WBA and Wolves. So Cov vs Leicester dont really have anyone but each other as a fierce rivalry. Besides thats the rivalry that seems to be growing year on year, i remember 10 years ago hardly anyone mentioned them alongside Forest and Derby (though maybe my memory is just shot) And Cov is the nearest league team to the Walkers iirc, even if distance doesnt matter
