It's a few years since I've been to a City match, but back then it was always:
"<insert manager's name/>'s blue army".
Very rarely blue and white.

Well I was there before & after those days & that isn't how I remember it.
It was 'Brian Little's Blue Army'.
My memory isn't the greatest though.
