Best is a matter of opinion. It's just a tune that somebody without any feeling from the game decided to play in the minutes before the teams come out. Even in that sense, it is not unique to the Walkers Stadium.

Why should a football crowd need some irrelevant tune to get itself in the mood to welcome the players. Both this and the goal music take away from the atmosphere - neither do anything to enhance it.
