Well the players and him looked a unit last night, not a good sign for us. We have to hope they think they are in for an easy game and we play like we did at Norwich and Soutampton.
In the Bristol post match thread some were saying about not going to Chelsea. Well this is just for them.

Players will always get a lift for a new manager's first game. They'll be back down to earth by the time we play them. Or we'll bring them down with a bump :)

I want revenge from '97. Di Matteo played that day didn't he? Will just make it sweeter to beat them now.

Did you actually watch the game? Bearing in mind it was against a Championship team, I thought that they hardly looked like world beaters.

They're still clear favourites to get through to the next round, but I think expectations of a Chelsea side in disarray was more all of the mongies believing that the team that is 5th in the PL was going to be a walkover for either ourselves or Brum given that they haven't performed up to expectations this season.

In all honesty there is no way we can predict which Leicester will turn up on the night. We weren't expected ot beat Norwich but we did so (reasonably) comfortably. With not much left to fight for this season I think the players will be well up for a match of this magnitude and I fully expect Chelsea to be stretched, at least a little.

We cam only play as well as we do on the night. Let's hope that's enough.

If they turn up at night the match will be over.

I want to believe we can win the FA Cup.

And I want to believe that that there Kelly Brook is going to come to my office today, shut the door, take her kit off and give me a nice soapy tit wank

But it isn't going to happen

Please let us know if it does, so the rest of us can get back to our dreams of running round Wembley with the Cup.

Yes it's a bit like the old Fulham story . Tommy Trinder then Fulham Chairman was on a visit to Wembley in the mid fifties with the captain, the legendary Johnny Haynes. Trinder points to the royal box and tells Haynes that's where you'll go to receive the FA Cup from the King - Haynes points out that its a Queen not a King to which Trinder replies "No Johnny, it will be a King before Fulham win the Cup."

*Insert joke featuring "You lucky people" here*

I edited that a couple of times because I couldn't decide. Which actually is correct?

It's a turn of phrase. - 'turn' being used in the sense of fashioning (turning a piece of wood) - the phrase is turned into an expression. Therefore 'turn of phrase' means an expression.

Still no sign of Ms Brook, for anyone that's interested.........

Whereas a 'Turn of De Vries' represents any object with an angular momentum of between zero and nil

Cheers. I put turn first but somehow it didn't look right.
