A tough decision indeed, but being a fan of the limelight, I'm going to bask in the responsibility that this set of events has thrown at me...

Anyway, I'm going to allow lazzer's late entry on the basis that:
1. At the time he posted it, the race had hardly developed - I don't think it was much of an advantage, even if lazzer was watching the race.
2. As a fan of honesty, I'm going to assume that lazzer would tell his fellow competitors if there was anything untoward about the selection.
