Campbell,Fryatt,John and Hume are all better than him IMO.I don't think we need anymore Strikers personally just someone to create chances for them

Yep, bang on.

Norris would represent an excellent start to proceedings and we know Plymouth sell.

A decent steady Left Back wouldn't go a miss either IMO

I dont agree with that, we need 2 decent central midfielders before think about replacing Mattock/Sheehan who are both reasonable and should improve. Sheehan is worth a place on his dead ball delivery alone.

Clarke was better than most and I think those pair are ok but just think a more experienced Left Back would be better. The midfield is the key area though, our is absolutely woeful

I think Ollie will make David Norris one of his prime targets for the January transfer window.

Highly regarded at Plymouth, and still young at 26. Norris has scored 4 goals so far this season.

In the 2005-2006 season, he was their player of the season, and was runner up in the 2006-2007 season.

Yeah true, but none of the above are any good in the air and not exactly strong. I think we need a big guy up front to hold up the ball (thats not Cort)

He is called Mark de Vries and he was doing really well here at the beginning of the season until he was despatched to Leeds.

Does the guy have severe halitosis or something that the other players complained about? Why do our managers not want to keep him here even when he is playing well?

I think Ollie's signings will have alot to do with the attitudes of the players aswell. Hayles may not be someone that will start regularly but I bet that he is a good pro who will inject a bit of drive into the squad.

Norris would be a great addition,
Don't get Hayles, get Halmosi.
Potentially Ebanks Blake.
pity Akos Buszaky has already gone to QPR.:038:
I think they'll go for the nice Jan windfall that Ollie can offer them, and our team will be a bit better for it.
Good that Kaebi got a run out. Give hime another run v Southampton and then see where we're at.
Ollie will be hell bent on improving the squad and is going about it in an honest way.
All power to him.:038:

Not really. I'm not one of these people who boo the guy but he is not good enough and we need to get rid of these sorts of players rather than hang on to them. He's OK but it's just dead wood in the squad that we need to remove and it should be done at the end of the season when he is out of contract. I actually think he's better than Cort but I don't particularly want either of them at the club if we are to improve over the next 12 months.

As for Buzaky - it only says he's on loan at QPR on the Plymouth website.

Exactly. The deadwood needs to be shipped. Hopefully not to be replaced rotting trees.
