I think Ricey said that BBC have a deal with empics or somebody to use their pictures, and since Ricey was making them for the BBC website, he was allowed to use the pictures.

But why does copyright come into it anyway? He isn't making money from them I don't think.

They're really good anyway, and I've had his Muzzy one on my desktop for about a week. Might change it to Momo now though.

I didn't say it wasn't illegal, I asked WHY it is.

What's the difference between those wallpapers, and say, somebody posting images from the OS on this board? That's all I meant, sorry.
