i think claridge is spot on - cardiff carry a much more potent goal threat than us - and yet we've proven capable of pulling great performances out of the bag when needed. so it really is too close to call. you'd have to say that cardiff are favourites though given the large beatings they've dealt out at their stadium to sides including putting 4 past us.

i wouldn't be surprised if we score at least 2 or 3 at our place though and then struggle to hang on to it at cardiff.

Don't contradict yourself too much.

Their GD was 3 more than us............. 3 ****ing goals more than us!

Now thats what I would call a more potent threat! FFS!

I also think Claridge is right, we are definetly the underdogs against the sheep.

Throughout the Cardiff squad they have good Championship players who are experienced at this level, they have two of the leagues top goalscorers as well, and with players like Burke, Bothroyd and Ledley they are definetly the favourite. The fact that they have never (and never should) been in the Prem makes this game look even bigger for them, probably one of the biggest games in their history, we are the underdogs however I like having that tag.

I could't give a flying **** if an ex player doesn't think we are favourites or if a pundit thinks Cardiff will go through or even if the bookies don't fancy us, the fact is it will be 11 vs 11 over 180 minutes of football that could be decided by one mistake one slip or one moment of magic so untill late wednesday night nobody knows who will go through!!

:038::038::038: Fair play to the man, much prefer him to be honest than those ex-players who just blindly come out and try to re-build the rapport with the fans by some brown nosing claptrap about how the club can do it.

On the same programme Sav also described his Derby Player of the Season award as his biggest achievement in football...
