No, it is an honorary unpaid role. My full time occupation is as the Minister at Sutton Elms Baptist Church, where I have been in post for nearly 7 years now.

Top man, I used to sit behind him in the east stand and he was by far the loudest and most supprtive fan near me.

I can't say i'm the religious type as I only go to church on the usual days - birth's, marriages and death's etc - but I understand from others in the village his church is packed to the rafters on Sunday mornings, standing room only.
