I don't know this guys history but I can't beleive he is the top league one ref, surely only the best refs from lower leagues will be given the chance, I am sure there is some sort of assessor who is not doing thier job properly...

The Colchester Radio were saying that lots of people have been saying very negative stuff about him before today.
He Can't Do The Job.
