One in, one out for Layer Road trip
Leicester will be without Levi Porter for the trip to Colchester but on-loan striker Collins John will return to the squad.

Winger Porter was stretchered off in the closing stages of the Foxes' thrilling Carling Cup clash against holders Chelsea with a knee injury.

The club are still waiting to discover the extent of the problem but initial fears that it could have been cruciate ligament damage have since been eased.

John missed out as Stamford Bridge as he was cup-tied having already featured in an earlier round of the competition for Fulham but he returns to contention.

Captain Stephen Clemence remains sidelined with a hamstring injury while fellow midfielder James Wesolowski (hamstring) and striker Iain Hume (muscle strain) are also out again.

Kick-off 5.20pm.
