i wasnt a particulary scrabby goal we scored, the build up play was actually quite good considering the conditions and the strengh of the palace defense, if hayles didnt shin it over the keeper it would have been a quality goal.

I was trying to give a balance to the comments he has said in the past and present, positive and negative.

Ive not allways agreed with NW in the past, especially when he made his comments when we were in the shi*.Ive moved on from that, and refuse to cut off my nose to spite my face when it comes to Leicester City.

Fair enough, and to be honest I'd try to support anyone who was made manager here, but he started it!:110:

If he had hit it properly it might not have gone in. Let's just be grateful the footballing gods were on our side for once.

He sticks up for his own and doesn't care who else he pisses off. Fair enough as far as I'm concerned. I don't like him, but I would if he was my manager. In all honesty, he's doing an excellent job at Palace.

His criticism of the pitch and our tactics was fair enough.

There is no way we were playing 'better' football than them last night. It was a very even, dour, defensive, long ball battle and we edged it. Well done to Ollie for his tactics and the team for sticking with it. But we could just as easily have lost it 1-0.

As for that slag heap they call a pitch, it is an embarrassment to whoever is groundsman these days. Whoever he is, he sure ain't Steve Welch.

i agree with the bit about the pitch ,but our tactics where no worst than theirs IMO ,just because Ollie played him at his own game and they lost out Colin wanker throws his dummy out

our forwards have a habit of scoring with a "shin" against Palace.

I don't know why people hate Warnock so much. He makes me laugh with when his team gets beaten. And when you see him on the telly spouting off at referees (when his team lose), he invariably gets rather red faced:)

I would have had him at Leicester like a shot, if I were Mandaric at the end of last season. I'll rephrase that, hehe; If I were in Mandarics' postion at the end of last season, Warnock would have been on my shortlist for appointment as manager. He knows his stuff, and the fact, that he might wind up the opposition (if they are the sensitive type) is a bonus.

glad to see a finally started a thread that you all wanted to talk about!

just for reference i quoted earlier about starting a " we hate warnock" club on facebook..i have have just searched and there is over 50 clubs relating to like/dislike of the man already! take you pick...
