The bookies wouldn't know whether he's going to start or not, they'd have him at that in case he starts, not because they think he will. Same with any striker, the odds are based on the assumption that they'll start the game.

Sometimes though you have to recognise madness when it's presented to you & just accept that it's really hopeless talking to some.
