Williams fades in and out too much for my liking.
he had those good chances against Luton but didnt do much else!

IMO Sylla needs a spell on the sidelines, he did absolutely feck all against Hull. In the second half Stearman was pretty much playing right back and right wing and causing their defenders far more problems than Sylla did throughout. If only Stearman was left footed, as Maybury right back and him left back would be awesome.

I'm not sure Sylla is fit. he wasn't supposed to play against ipswich and he hasn't played well since, also he has been subbed in every game except hull. the first couple of games he looked great. maybe the rest will do him good.

I would like to see tiatto at left back, then he could do the running for wilcox, who is better at putting the ball across IMO. also it might make him stick out wide, he comes inside too much and compresses our play.

Hughes and Williams could play together, it would restrict williams a little, because i cant see Hughes holding back much. Williams was a holding player at Forest, and that will be needed, especially away from home.
