Hi – First post from me, but have been reading the forum for a few years. I’m originally from Leicester, now based in London; my dad has been on the Market for 40years+, so occasionally gets good “gossip”- will pass on anything I hear to the forum.

My mate used to work at Fox Fitness as a fitness instructor in the public gym in the Carling Stand. Its his stag next weekend and I want get some messages of "good luck" from players he got quite friendly with back in the day – especially Pontus Kaamark and Mike Whitlow. Does anyone know how I could contact them?

For Pontus try swedefox as I think he is in the Swedish arm of the supporters club, that may be a wide shot but might work.
