Five New Faces To Take On Sky Blues

Leicester City boss Ian Holloway has named five new signings in his starting line up for the Championship clash against Coventry City at the Walkers Stadium.

Zsolt Laczko, Ben Alnwick, Steve Howard, Gabor Bori and Matt Oakley have all been included in Holloway's side to face the Sky Blues - while fellow recent capture Barry Hayles is named on the bench.

Howard looks set to be partnered in attack by Iain Hume for the first time, while Bori and Laczko will play on the flanks.

Meanwhile, club captain Stephen Clemence returns in the midfield following suspension.

In form striker Michael Mifsud is included in the Coventry starting line up.

City: Alnwick, Stearman, McAuley, Kisnorbo, Mattock, Bori, Oakley, Clemence (c), Laczko, Hume, Howard.
Subs: Hayles, Wesolowski, Fryatt, N'Gotty, Chambers.

Sky Blues: Konstantopoulos, Osbourne, Ward (c), Turner, Borrowdale, Mifsud, Thornton, Hughes, Birchall, Adebola, Best.
Subs: Page, Kyle, Simpson, David, Hildreth.

Interesting that he hasn't even put Henderson on the bench, it would seem he was as unimpressed with him as we have been. If we had any other goalkeeper of any sort of quality, even if he was about 15 he'd probably tell 'Hendo' where to go, sadly that isn't the case.

Playing an outfield player in goal would probably be better anyway.

I'm excited by the lineup. Actual round pegs in every round hole it would seem. Proper balance in a team for the first team in God knows how long!
