I hope i'm wrong but i really can't see Muphy dropping a league aged 30 and with a good few years still ahead of him.
Would of expexted Derby to be sniffing after him if he was genuinly available. I suppose he'd only come if he was assured that we were certs for promotion and that we'd triple his wages immediatly as soon as we were in the premiership.
Lets hope MM and MA can give LCFC a very good PR spin for Murphy then.

Indeed but who would have thought Beattie would have signed for the blades? That was in the press alot and the likes of Derby, Fulham, Wigan etc had plenty of time to scupper the deal... Im hoping Murphy likes what he see's in the current city squad and joins...
