Burnley have signed goalkeeper Lee Grant on a month's loan from Championship rivals Derby County.

They have signed him to fill the void left by Brian Jensen's suspension and a long-term injury to Danny Coyne.

Grant, 22, who has played just once for the Rams this season, will play against Leicester on Saturday.

Can't be any more dodgy than Rabs last few outings! Late tackles outside the box, bringing people down in the box (against Coventry, and thankfully no penalty was given), and some really odd attempts at catching.

Dodgy!?!? Those in glass houses my friend...

Do you think he is dodgy just because he's a sub goalie? He'll probably play a blinder and keep our prolific strikeforce out all afternoon.

By the way, how much are tickets on the door?

Are you sure you aren't thinking of Lee Camp ?

I think both Camp and Grant are pretty highly rated. Fairly sure they've both been in the England youth setups..

cant remember which keeper it was but his dad had phoned a local radio station up and started slagging the club of saying stuff about his lad not getting proper coaching and so derby dropped him because of what his dad had said

That was Lee Camp.

Lee Grant is an ok keeper, he won't be handing us any goals anyway.

So how come he didn't play against us when we played at Pride Park and they put golden oldie Kevin Poooooooooole in goal:102:

Because Derby's manager has lost the plot, he signed Dean Holdsworth as a coach then started playing him ahead of Peschisolido and Tudgay.

Shame...
