The Brentford game saw the last day for the Blues Bar and Grill under the Holiday Inn. Used for a pre-match by many supporters it will be interesting to see what is put in its place. Holiday Inn served a Section 25 notice stating that they required for their own use.

There is **** all anywhere near the ground. Be about right if they didn't even open for a matchday

That's bad news as it was a decent little place that. Presumably the new hotel will be open to football fans, or that just for a 'premium' experience as well?

They will only allow fans in there who have paid over £25 for their ticket.
 
Head groundsman sounds a better title than pitch manager IMO. The world we live in....
