The Webmaster has suggested The Soar point for our younger fans while the Counting House is anothe option for those arriving early.

Any other hostilerys near the stadium that you could recommend guys.

Thanks.

I suggested it may be OK for away fans but didn't say anything about it being suitable for younger fans. The Counting House might be better for kids.

Younger fans as far as I'm concerned is anything between 18 and 40:icon_wink.

With regard to Chiddies we're suggesting the Counting House.

also there is a pub down the 'lanes' that sells local brews whos staff are tattoed goths with large amounts of facial metal work, whats it called please?

That sounds like The Globe. It's a good boozer.

and it still has the original gas powered lighting.

I would say the counting house is ur safest bet, probably best to avoid the local hero. Soar point is ok, but its a bit of a trek and is aimed at the students - as is the Dry Dock and Polar Bear which are quite close by.

Its worth noting that you can get an overpriced and warm pint in the stadium and enjoy the sight of the original strip lighting and the surrounding beautiful breeze block features

Alcohol is not available to away fans.

Steer clear of the Hind and F bar, not that you would go into the latter anyway.

Soar point should be fine, it's a student pub with cheap beer and the occasional thing to look at ;)

There are drinking dens and there are pubs (usually frequented by the more discerning). As i am sure you well know!
Nope, I have never heard of the expression until I read this today.

I thought The Hind was always allocated for away fans, with it being across the road from the station.

It is but I believe there was some trouble up there earlier in the season.

The counting house is by far your best bet, no problems with away fans.

Nearly the only bet, Leicester is not the greatest place for away fans drinking.
