Surely he could be doing some of that during the due dilligence anyway though? And really, I'd hope he'd leave deciding what we need up to the manager.
If what we need is a new manager then he probably already has some idea of that, although I'd hope he at least hears RK out first.

I didn't mean purely in terms of playing staff. This team could be good enough for mid table, but something isn't working. The sooner Mandaric is in the sooner he has to assess how he can take the club forward.
