Still absolutely gutted we lost, it makes my blood boil, especially as my Sri Lankan housemate is being such a twat about it.

Vaughan and Joyce are a joke, they must be the worst openers in the WC, we can't expect the middle order to get us out of trouble every time. I thought Jayawardane out captained Vaughan too. Hes becoming a laughing stock.

I don't think we'll beat Australia. I guess that means we'll have to beat SA, WI and Bangladesh and hope for the best. I think we're out though.

I bet we beat SA and then lose to the windies....typical stuff. Still, the atmosphere in the Oak at the death of last nights match was electric - really good to see the public finally realising that cricket can be exciting. Also, with Manure and Chelski on the manager of the pub said "if you wanna watch Chelsea its on downstairs, if you wanna watch Man U, go elsewhere" Brilliant!
