Great to see the academy lads being given a chance to impress.

It would be nice to see him get a few run outs in the championship, whilst the current injury crisis continues, would be interesting to see how he fares at this level compared to premiership opposition.

Good, I think it was this saturday that he scored and won them a penalty.

Thought Eric had one good moment when he beat their fullback and put in a good cross for Hume to head across goal to... no-one. Other than that he didn't do much, although it was a baptism of fire and he didn't get much service.

Thats nice to hear. Always liked him when I used to go watch the reserves. Chambers is pretty tricky too.

agreed, Im sure he has talent in abundance and may well turn out to be a great player but last night he was lost, due, in no small part, to the tactics we continued to play.

Im not saying it was an easy place to make your debut, he just didn't look anygood IMO. Thats how I saw it. Im sure the guy has los of talent and could end up being a star of thr future.

That said he could end up like Tommy Write.

I wasn't getting at you mate. Just trying to introduce a bit of perspective.

I wouldn't mind if he did a Tommy Wright and banged one in against Forest next time we meet them...(who knows when that could be though:icon_wink )

Spot On, he was never going to do anything with balls 12 foot in the air, they should have played through the channel and gave him something to run at.
