Shakespeare OUT!!

A game bereft of quality. We couldn't defend for toffee and gave the ball away too easily. That being said we could have scored a couple more.

Wasn't an awful performance by any means. We definitely had a poor defensive performance - but we dropped 3/4 of our usual defence so that was almost expected.

We looked a little tired and distracted by Wednesday. Let's hope it pays off.

Vardy and Mahrez put in no effort so not sure why they were picked. Perhaps they thought they were playing for Ranieri.

Slimani our best player on the pitch followed by Marc "100%" Albrighton and then Musa.

Chilwell takes a ball down as well as Mahrez.

Tinkerman tinkered too much. 5 changes meant the team weren't used to playing with each other yet players like Drinkwater and Huth still had to play for 90 mins.

Ulloa might have had a couple at the end - but it can't disguise the lack of skill in City's tackling and even passing the ball to our own team.
Everton were the better team, they were up for it and had the desire - fortunately they backed off the last 15 minutes - instead of trying to humilate us.
Hopefully it will pay off r by esting everyone for Wednesday - COYB!

Everton were shattered at 50 mins two shots saved off the line, with the only english team left in the champions league it was obvious that we should play the last game of the weekend.

Oh and Barkley cmon he is no way as good as the likes of Redknapp and co say, all in all no injuries bring on wednesday.

Not great from us. Responded well to conceding the early goal but after they brought it back to 2-2 we looked like passengers waiting for the stop. Didn't really see the point in bringing on and risking Mahrez with 20 mins to go, 2 goals down either..

Albrighton was our best player. King was horseshit. The rest was more of a 'meh' display except perhaps for special mentions of Slimani and Ulloa who looked capable. Best player on the park IMO was, no not Barkley, or Gueye, or Lukaku but their young lad Davies by a fair distance.

I watched Atleti yesterday. They play like that and they run us off the park 7-0

Mate they did not back off they were shattered

I thought King was a disgrace. Played like it was a friendly when he should have been flying around like his life depended upon it.

Team player my arse.

He does well for a championship level player.

Seeing as I missed going to West Ham this was probably the best away performance I've seen this season (not much competition I know).

Amartey was poor first half, improved a bit second. We could not stop the crosses into the box.

Would have loved Leo to score with his first touch.

Um.... Bring on Madrid?

Disappointing. Someone decided that Weds is more important, which clearly it is. We were better in the 2nd half but I think we made them look better than they are. We went into that game more in hope than belief.

For me, I think I've now seen enough of Benalouane to make a judgement. I know why he's not a man for all matches.

Our defending was amateur level. Really, really poor in every way. Absolutely tragic to watch

And how the feck is Andy King playing Premier League football, FFS ?

Pathetic
