Does anyone else think that Micky has lost his rag a bit? Yesterday he let fly at Norwich, today he fires a shot a Coyne, he has in so many words told Dabizas to make up his feckin' mind, and told anyone who doesn't want to be at Leicester to hit the road.

Good Management Practice - Don't Think So

Agree that he should show that to his employees - i.e. the players

However it is not good management to show you are having staff problems to your customers - i.e. the fans

Maybe he is trying to compensate in public perception to the La Manga saga

If you look at Fergerson you can't see him standing for any crap from the players. Becks fell out with him and now he lives in spain.
