I believe the term is 'African American'.

A friend of mine came over to the States and was immediately described as an African American, despite never having been to Africa and being in America about ten minutes. He prefers the term Black.

Simon Grayson appointed the new manager at Preston. This is a huge step up for him and I just hope he can cope with the pressure of managing such a massive massive club.

Seems unremarkable to appoint a manager who has a track record of getting clubs promoted from League 1. After all, it's what we did.
