I deleted it because the link changed as i was posting it, to the news that they be trying to bring back Hart from Brum.

Re: Ex-players (the thread nobody's been waiting for)

I believe that in any loan where an initial fee is paid you cannot include a recall clause. Not sure how common paid loans are though, I would imagine Birmingham didn't get Hart for free though.

You can't have a recall clause in a long-term loan. You can if it's a youth loan (ala Waghorn).

which? :)

we got a copy of the rules somewhere?

Re: Ex-players (the thread nobody's been waiting for)

And isn't hart a youth loan as he's under 21?

I mean 23 of course. And youth loans are for under 24s.

Depends what way Man City and Birmingham agreed the deal. Whether they did it as a long-term loan or a 'youth loan' which is a *new* loan with differing criteria from a long-term loan.

Re: Ex-players (the thread nobody's been waiting for)

Mark de Vries has been declared the 'Beste Speler' in the Dutch Jupiler League. His 21 goals have helped his club, SC Cambuur, into the divisional play-offs.
