I would be chomping at the bit to sign if I was a contractor. How they pay is their issue.

Veyr ture, but with the current climate in this country I would want to take the risk. However the current downturn in the building sector will also benefit them in that they will have contractors champing at the bit to bid for the work.

Veyr ture, but with the current climate in this country I would want to take the risk. However the current downturn in the building sector will also benefit them in that they will have contractors champing at the bit to bid for the work.

Theres little risk in submitting your tender and signing a contract. Most would want part of the fee upfront anyway and you wouldnt start until you had that.

Bernie has already come and said that if Donnington isnt ready in 2 years it wont be going back to Silverstone and WILL move abroad.
