Will it be on tv?

Imply, surely?

Sorry...

Aye - imply - that's what I should have said.

No, no. It's me who should be apologising. Or is it I who should be apologising?

Will it be on tv?

I think I read somewhere the games to be played on TV, ours wasn't one of them. I think Leeds v Northampton game is on though, rubbish I know.

They are talking of our game being a potential 'banana skin'. Nonsense i say, Stevenage's reputation will remain intact...............

:icon_bigg

I had presumed (or had I assumed :icon_wink) that Joe_ was asking if the next series of Shipman and Sherlock was to be shown on TV.

Best not to think about it.

£15 for all then as decided by the FA.

What a complete and utter joke. Hardly anyone is going to turn up at that price. The FA are all for talking up the magic of the cup. Surely they want a full stadia for a first round tie?

Wheres the magic in 2000 people turning up?!

Joke

I think the deciding factor will have been that City have a far greater number of season ticket holders than Stevenage, making the proposed ticket prices inequitable between the two sets of fans.

I don't think you should worry that there will be an attendance of only 2,000. Stevenage will bring more than that. I would expect to see something like 12,000 - 14,000 in total.

I hope Nigel Pearson is thinking about it. I was present in February 1959 when Liverpool were beaten 2-1 by Worcester City in the 3rd round. Liverpool were complacent and then became irritated when Worcester gave them no respect. The Worcester team played the game of their lives. On Saturday Stevenage will want it more than us and it will not be a game for the faint hearted. Gradel has arguably more potential than Adams but that this is a game for warriors and I would go with Adams. One problem may be the referee. My experience is that referees tend to be lenient with non-League sides assuming that a bad tackle is just mistimed.
