You want to **** the gym off Lurch if you are trying to lose weight, you need to be doing cardio work and that is tough going at a gym unless you really enjoy treadmills and all of the other repetitive shite. Better to take up a martial art or something, at least you get enjoyment at the same time. Speak to Drapes (Lee), he is on about coming Krav Maga with me and Bobby. It's mostly fitness based and it's really enjoyable, you'd get fitter loads quicker than if you went to the gym.

I don't mind the gym to be fair mate. i'm quite happy to do the treadmill, cross trainer, bike and rower. I'm joining layla in doing body combat too. that looks knackering. It's far enough to jog there and back. Plus we go down the track 3 times a week for a run. i've even managed to get younger drapes into badminton and we play that every weds. plus footy on a monday night down blaby.

and it seems to be working too. 2 stone lighter already. just the other 5 stone now :icon_eek:
 
I had a chicken salad sandwich on wholegrain bread, a pack of crisp, two kiwi fruits, and a yougut, my diet been going on for about 4 weeks now.

So far i have lost 3KG, and my face fat is already starting to go as well as my body fat, i run 4 times aweek at the gym mixed with strength training,
 
Soup, 2 slices of bread, flap jack and an orange.

Fitness training going well, 4 times a week at gym, 30mins Cardio, 1 hour weights, currently down to 10.5 stone :icon_cool:icon_bigg

Krav Maga is a reality based training in self defence. It combines a lot of martial art moves but without any formal discipline so you do plenty of boxing, kick boxing, Brazilian ju-jitsu, tae kwondo amongst others. We do an hour on a Monday and an hour on Wednesday and it's a really good work out, as well as being good fun. We go to the karate club on High Street for that.

Badminton is good though, I bet Tree has you running all over the shop doesn't he? The little shit!

that sounds like fecking hard work that mate. i'll have a look into it though.

yeah he beat me tonight the ****. we stand at 2-2 now though. its a good laugh mate. there's 7-8 of us that play each week. right little club we got going!
