You want to **** the gym off Lurch if you are trying to lose weight, you need to be doing cardio work and that is tough going at a gym unless you really enjoy treadmills and all of the other repetitive shite. Better to take up a martial art or something, at least you get enjoyment at the same time. Speak to Drapes (Lee), he is on about coming Krav Maga with me and Bobby. It's mostly fitness based and it's really enjoyable, you'd get fitter loads quicker than if you went to the gym.

I don't mind the gym to be fair mate. i'm quite happy to do the treadmill, cross trainer, bike and rower. I'm joining layla in doing body combat too. that looks knackering. It's far enough to jog there and back. Plus we go down the track 3 times a week for a run. i've even managed to get younger drapes into badminton and we play that every weds. plus footy on a monday night down blaby.
and it seems to be working too. 2 stone lighter already. just the other 5 stone now :icon_eek:
