There are dozens of clubs around the world who play in the league systems of other countries including, off the top of my head, two English clubs. I'm not arguing for or against, but it's definitely not unique to Welsh clubs.

I agree, I just think it's difficult to use the heritage argument over changes at a club when It doesn't even play in the same country it used to.
