We discovered one of the elements he is working on early in the process when we could speak directly to his representatives, it may be this element that is being referred to, as it was outstanding.

It is an area we have never been happy with & fully support MM tackling it, can't say more but believe this would become apparant & would be certain MM would want to announce his success if achieved.

The Merc states there will be an announcement on Thursday,

The FT indicate this is not really possible as the offer to the shareholders has not been recieved (as s/h they should know)

As if by magic the announcement won't be until next week.

In fairness to the FT we might not like what they say but they are the most accurate
