No history really, some guys wanted to set their own site up and they did...that's it really...i think everyone would be welcome on both to be fair.

I posted here an awful lot before the split but I'm mainly on FT nowadays but visit here now and again. I don't hate this website at all, it's totally different from FT.

I can't get on FT when I'm at College so I browse these forums a lot, the humour and sarcasm of the topics cheers me up no end during the dull lectures.

As for FT being full of 'chavs', utter rubbish! If it was I wouldn't be there, people are linking the site too much with Daniel/BlueMistress who was seen as a chav but hasn't posted there for ages. FT has a good mix of younger posters, mature posters, students, female suppoters etc etc.

I'd sat FT is prawn cocktail and TB is salt and vinegar, two totally different tastes but I prefer prawn cocktail
