Didn't quite catch hisoutjumping the brick shithouses though!

good work Joe.:038:

However, Hume's work in chasing a 'dead' ball was the key to the goal imo.
:icon_wink

Class but he was closer to be the back post. ;)

Not seen the goal either yet but the plymouth keepers a bit on the thin side.

I must admit at first i thought it was.

Is rumoured to be signing for Birmingham, a bid has been placed and will be accepted next week. This is from a Birmingham fan.The fee is said to be £1.75 million, according to another forum.

Again on the same forum, according to Sky Sports this morning that Steve Bruce has a couple of offers in for players, but isn't sure the respective teams want to let the players go. He hopes to have something sorted in the next 10 days. Obviously there was no mention of who, however it does proves that he is actively looking for players still! :icon_eek: ;)

Can't see it happening,we'd want /get more than that IF we were to sell him

This is Leicester though... apart from the Heskey deal we usually get screwed when it comes to fees for our players.

And Connolly?

The papers have been linking Birmingham with Collins John from Fulham, and I think that is who they are talking about when Bruce says about not being sure if the clubs will let the players go.

I can't see Fryatt going to Birmingham, especially not for as little as £1.75m, and I don't think Birmingham would pay more than that for him. We signed him for £750,000, which apparently had an add on for another £100,000 since we didn't get relegated last season, and I think it was said at the time that the transfer had a substantial selling on clause. If we could afford to spend that in January then I don't see why we'd have to sell him now because we can't afford to turn it down. Basically, if we sold Fryatt for that price then we'd probably only be making about £300,000 profit or something. Not enough to even come close to replacing Fryatt, let alone strengthening the other positions we need.
It just wouldn't make sense to sell Fryatt for that little amount.
