I just use |Duracells, never had an issue. Only chnaged the batteries about twice. Bought 20 odd duracells from B&Q for about £5. Rather do that than have to plug in ocassionally.

They only lasted a night or two in mine - maybe I need to turn it off now and again?

I've got that gizmo that stand up and you can insert an Xbox battery pack on either side. I just have one charging all the time, when my current one runs out, I swap over and charge the other.

Yeah thats what I was going to go for, £26 off Amazon.co.uk with 2 batteries. Decided to go for the regular rechargeable batteries though as it only takes 15 mins and I have loads of other things that need batteries and is a bit cheaper even with some extra batteries for other stuff!
Will report back on the performance of them!

you cant afford to fall, walk slowly and everytime you hear creaking, step back and allow the floor to fal, then walk around it. Its actually quite easy.

If you've followed Duzza's instructions you will have done that room by now, did you manage to get the Cog Tag just to the right of the exit door as you look at it

nah i didn't-i genuinely didn't realise you could avoid falling-i had about 5 goes thinking it was part of the game to fall through and kill the wretches!

If you do fall through, there is a ladder back up in the back-left of the room. I too thought that falling down and killing all the wretches was part of the game but it is impossible, there are far too many!
I don't think it matters if you fall through because eventually you will find the way that doesn't break and it is easy to run back to the ladder when you know where it is!!
Completed the game on hardcore now, and think I'm ok online now. We should get some TB Gears of War on Live sometime, or anyone got PES as its on its way to my door as I post and will be well up for some games on that once I am used to it compared to PS2.

It was defo a gears one, but I haven't checked any forums to see what it was. I had half hour earlier and nobody knew what it was for

you need to temp the spider thing to destroy the bridge by stnading on it and moving at the last minute. its leg thing will then break the bridge and cut itslef loose.

on that level yes, if you get lucky a wretch will get stuck and block the channel. If not then youve got a task on killing them and dealing with that annoying ****ing spider.
