Very good signing, for me Oakley and Wellens are most likely to lose out. However part of me just wondering if we will balance the books with King if someone comes in for him. I sincerely hope not after his progress and goals last season. Anyone else got this nagging thought?

Yes, Man City fans certainly are the fountain of all sporting knowledge.

Nothing from DV has suggested he was anywhere near being one of the worst players in the Premier. Ball, I can't really comment, other than I'm sure Sven and Faz have actually been watching him in games and training and believe he is more than good enough and let's remember, he is risk free. The same applies to the new lad, it's a loan, nothing lost but possibly much gained.

I bet you have work tomorrow dont you. Misery. I dont. I'm off to a funeral early doors with a huge session afterwards. I know I shouldn't look forward to it but strangely these sort of things inevitably turn into memorable events.

Absolutely. There are so many senior players who now have very little chance of even making the bench. We've got a squad the size of a team that's competing in Europe during the week. I sincerely hope Sven doesn't harm King's development by using him as a bemch warmer.
