Sounds as if he might be off to Preston!
Whats the betting he goes and then scores against us next season...

Nova sounds like a good player 25 goals in Scotland including 4 in the UEFA cup i believe.

Off on a tangent there Ian. It's a shame Gillespie didn't live up to our expectations. There's no racecourse in Preston so maybe he'll knuckle down to his football.

Bridges would be a really good signing but I can't see us beating off competition from Premiership clubs for his signature...

We will guarantee him first team football, which is what he needs so I think we have a great chance

unlike dickov i think he would be more interested in first team football than money after having loads of injuries!!

If fit, Bridges is a quality player. He's still quite young isn't he? Class signing if it comes off. There is hope.

25/26 and on his day your talking 25 goals in the premiership, so about 40 in division one then!!

a great signing if he's not crippled...

bridges would be a risky signing. he does have a large potential upside but everyone knows he's one of the most injury prone footballers around. if he's happy with a modest wage, with a chunk of money to be added on for appearances as an incentive, then i'd be happy.

Reading in the Belfast Telegraph last night that Gillespie played out of his skin for Northern Ireland during their tour of the carribean, sods law isnt it...

Gillespie may have played well on the NI tour but it's not against the most taxing opposition,St.Kitts or whatever.

Would be really good but I dont think MA wants him in his Div One plans.
